As brought up in other answers to your posting, do you refer to
signatures as in "text at the bottom of send emails" (Edit > Preferences
> Composer Preferences > Signatures), or as in security certificates?

Also, how exactly did you back up the information on your old computer,
and how did you restore it on your new computer?
