Combining with Edit→Plugins→Configuration a user would have three places
to search in order to change a setting.
The user might not even know all of them.

I've used has the same configuration ("Mark read messages: Option 1, 2,
3"). I don't think that this kind of settings have any strange or
difficult.

wants something more, press the button and the complete game of settings
appears. If not, it remains hidden so it will not bother to anybody.
