Archiving is covered on the "Mail folder locations" page in the user
documentation, which can be reached via "Account Management"

evolving. Version is important.

Hi again everybody,
I finally worked this out. I have to enable the 'general' archive
function from edit>preferences and then 'mail preferences' at the
bottom. It works following this.
Sorry if this is what you were telling me but I misse it.
Got it now.

Can anybody tell me how to utilise the button on the top tool bar that
