The problem appears to be that Evolution has moved from the
master/slave notation and flatpak has not
be updated, at least not for Linux Mint.
So what terms did the Evolution team decide to use as replacments for
master/

Go in through preferences -> edit -> add signature
then insert -> html file
Nothing appears in the preview section.Clicking save & close ..
creates the signature file and adds the tag to the drop down
