On Identity you find a field Signature and behind Add New Signature.-
Selecting Add New Signature opens the editor where you write youre new
signature and save it with a file name.

Yesterday and today I'd had a curious experience with Evolution 3.12.11
on my Fedora 21 machine. I retrieve email from a pop server, and this

obscuring my read messages.
