Yeah, nothing for it yet. The installer is planned (and it'll be a huge one, due to dependencies), but the testing is required first. The lack of free time makes this stuck and postponed. The build also includes evolution-rss and evolution-ews. You can eventually follow: https://git.gnome.org/browse/evolution/tree/win32/readme.txt where the steps what to do to build the evolution under mingw64 (required due to webkit) are. It worked for me.
