I just up'd from f7 to f8. I copied files/directories:
1. ~/.evolution/
2. ~/.gconf/apps/evolution/
3. ~/.gnome2_private/Evolution
Then logged into my user account, copied them back.
Now, I start evo for the first time and I'm presented with the Evo Setup
Assistant. Any id

I'm somewhat unhappy that I can't change the order of the folders in the
folder list on the left without prepending letters to "trick" the
alphabetizer into ordering the folders differently. I'd like to have the
folder sorting be optional... perhaps a GtkTreeView header should be
added to the widge
It only seems to sync when you switch to another folder.
