I am using Evolution as my default mail client in Ubuntu Dapper 6.06. I
am facing the following two problems.
1. None of the messages in Evolution display any graphic content. Can I
do something to get the messages to display all the graphics in it?
2. Sometime, when I open Evolution, I get

"Calendar" folder where all calendar items show up.
I want to add this folder as one of evolution's calendars. Is this
possible? From what I tried, there does not seem to be any direct way.

using the exchange plugin) on ubuntu dapper for the last month or so

This section indicates your return address is set to

a server at cognisurf.com. The error is telling you

likes to sort by senders and really would like to collapse all emails from each
sender. Any ideas on how to do this?
