I have been using Evolution for a pretty long time as an Outlook
replacement. I like Evolution a lot, but there are some things that
really annoy me so I'm wondering if there are any solutions to these.
I'm currently using version 2.2.3. (I have 2.0.2 on another machine)

Hi,
is there a way to get rid of hundreds of duplicate e-Mails in Evo.? My
ISP changes something every now and then, then all the older mails are
downloaded again. I have to keep the mails on the server. In M$-Outlook
there are various apps to do that.

If so, try adding your vendorid and device-id entry in
/share/gnome
