Issue? It's the way it was designed, i.e. it's intentional.
The bolt fast charges at "up to"
55kw from 0-55% SOC
35kw from 55-70%
25 kw from 70-85%
15 kww from 85-95%
and at up to 10kw for the last 5%

Vehicle prices are up across all segments because of parts and material
shortages.
Tesla has just raised prices by as much as $6,000. The base Model 3 didn't
get an increase, but its price just had a $2,000 boost in March.
