Minimal expectation: error-free export
Maximal expectation: LaTeX-like reference ;-)
Realistic expectation: literal export (e.g. \cite{xxx}) as in the ascii e

I can replace the \ref{uuu} with [[uuu]] (breaking compatibility with
the legacy exporter), but how would I replace \cite?
