I posted a WTB at QTH.com because I needed a KXAT3 tuner module for my
newly acquired KX3. I have received three replies, but they all have too
many red flags. They refused to use PayPal and wanted me to send money to
their wife or daughter's Zelle account. Huh.

I can't speak to Kenwood interfacing, but I can report that my BigIR
flawlessly follows my K4 as I tune.
My SDA100 is sn12753, which I acquired along with the BigIR in August of
2022.
My connection is the simple RS232 to RS232 cable, controller to radio.

The simple answer is do not connect that way. The direct SteppIR interface
with a Kenwood/Elecraft rig is very poorly implemented and may cause the
SteppIR to tune at beginning and end of transmission.

It has been a snowy, wet week. Gray too. The sun has a good number
of sunspots but they are stable. No CMEs on the way. There is strong
flux. I expect some noise but lower QSB than we have had lately.
Conditions could be OK to good. Let's find out tomorrow.
