Compare the output you get when starting calibre in the terminal with the output in this bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/calibre/+bug/1898904 If it is the same, please mark your bug a duplicate of that one (and see discussion in that bug for ways to workaround issue). Thanks ** C
