In 13.10 this issue still occurs. I was upgrading from 12.04 every
release, and it never was fixed to me.

Public bug reported:
I try to zoom in Firefox with Ctrl+Mousewheel
What I expect:
Firefox rescales the webpage.
What I get instead:
Works with scroll up, but not with down. The Unity launcher shows up, and
consumes the mouse shortcut. The Firefox window's window decoration also gets
separated
I have the very same bug, but it started to occur since last week. Steam
was fine with Wine, but now I can't see the tray icon. Also I had
trouble installing .NET Framework because the installer uses a tray icon
too.
