existing scroll up and down mixed behavior was very strange for 3+ open

If I UNPIN nautilus from Launcher, it works like it should work.
And now.. In 13.10 workaround was to hover with mouse and scroll. But
now that not possible for unfocused windows. Fkkk.

Changing unity-control-settings media player to default there is nothing
happens in system tray. VLC player indicator displayed as before.

Same here (13.10) . The big problem is that it seems to be in all releases, so
downgrading from 13.10 to the previous LTS release wouldn't even help. Half a
year ago, everything was fine. So why is it that now it suddenly does not work
anymore and can't be fixed (e.g. by reverting some changes)?
It looks the missing Transmission menus are appearing in the unity bar
(ie like the old global menus). When you focus away from Transmission
and back they appear in the usual place.
That's not the case with VirtualBox, however - the menus just vanish
completely until you focus away and then back.

disable gestures resulting in various onliune postings for how to hack
the .cpp to disable these.

with life CD(13.10) and life usb(13.10). It's reporoduced not every
time, on some machines. But on my current working machine it's
