I have a Dovecot 2.2.22 configured with mdbox storage.
THe server have about 50 mailboxes configured.
Only in one mailbox I have a strange problem, sometime (in the last 2
month happens 3 times).
All the mail (Except INBOX) and all folders disappear.
THe space on disk remain allocate
marked the messages (deleted,
flagged, etc), while it actually did not.
Just refreshing the folder from the java client, you get back your original
messages as they were before the operation.
Is there any known issue

Hi,
is there any way with Dovecot to open an admin imap connection and create a
brand new mailbox?
With Cyrus imapd I can do this by connecting as the Cyrus admin user and then
create a folder "user/newu...@domain.tld".

The realy problem u can have is with dovecot-auth because all 2 istance use
the same port(socket) for the login.
i don't know how to solve the problem in second istance but for test i
prefer use a virtual machine make with VirtualBox.
