back to normal.

When installing my own dovecot plugin, I noticed that there are no
notifications coming from the notify plugin.
I checked back with the mail_log plugin, but also this plugin doesn't
log any notifications when a new mailbox is create

After using dovecot for several years now, today happend something which
makes me really feel unconfortable: An email received was just not
delivered properly, or, is lost! The mail (from an external server) was
sent to two local mailboxes, user1 and user2. user1 received the message
but for u
ives, it will get the uid that should have been given to the
pervious mail (the one that caused the error).
The previous mail still won't be listed in the uidlist, but everything works as
expected.

I realised, that the error didn't occur since quite a while, opposed to what
our client suggested.
Back then I activated the two workarounds (imap_client_workarounds =
outlook-idle delay-newmail) and increased mail_max_userip_connections for IMAP.
Is it possible tha
one (or more) uses the Webmail or accesses the Mailbox from a
different IP.
Somehow this leads to problems with Locks on NFS, which leads to the crash.
I have no idea how to solve this problem and any help is greatly appreciated.
