1. I have now got gnu radio installed on a computer using ubuntu 20.04 . I
am using version 3.8 of gnu radio ( I think 3.8.13 but not sure
which I installed using sudo apt-get .
2. My question is: Is there in existence
a. a package that I can add to version

I am new to GNU radio and am following the Michael Osmond videos on
software defined radio.
In that series of videos he suggests downloading the Pentoo (kernel) and
using as a live usb hdd to experiement with GNU radio and Hackone RF (his
hardware device (which I do have))
as the quickest way to get
GNURadio up and running without having to install Linux. It's been
replaced by GNURadio SDR environment which uses Ubuntu - a far more
friendly and well supported Linux without a steep learning curve.
