Hello Teka,
What OS/platform are you using? What is the value of your PYTHONPATH
environment variable?
Also, check that when you compiled GNU Radio, the USRP module was not discarded.

Just in case anyone is interested, I'm experiencing the same behavior
(GNU Radio USRP graphical tools freeze, such as usrp_oscope.py) when
running Fedora 9 inside VMware 6.x (it includes USB 2.0 support).

Hi,
You need to reference Python 2.5 instead of Python 2.4 for Fedora 9:
export PYTHONPATH=/usr/local/lib/python2.5/site-packages
You can also check that this directory exists and contains the GNU
Radio modules.

t; I prefer the PATH fix mentioned on the page.
Eric, you're completely right!
My fault, as I didn't apply the PATH fix this time before running ./configure.
Thanks,

eet the dependencies
required to compile almost all GNU Radio modules:
# yum install SDL-devel portaudio-devel jack-audio-connection-kit-devel
This will allow you to build all GNU Radio components except:
gr-audio-osx
gr-audio-windows
gr-comedi

Are there any specific test I could try to troubleshoot Python,
wxPython, or any other GUI component?
Anyone else running GNU Radio & USRP on Fedora 8 succesfully?
Thanks!
