FlowVisor doesn't know anything about OpenFlow versions after 1.0, and will
crash if it receives a connection request from a non-1.

One significant difference is that 2.3.x enables OpenFlow 1.3 by
default.

In the firt I installed OpenvSwitch and in the second I installed FlowVisor (I

I run Flowvisor using this command: $ sudo -u flowv
