I guess the command you are looking for is:
# ovs-dpctl dump-flows system@ovs-system
This will give you the list of flows in the ovs datapath (in the kernel),
that are currently being used to forward traffic.

Hi,
Just to be sure...
HTB queues are limited to egress traffic (from ovs to vports). The only way
to control ingress traffic (from vports to ovs) in the current release of
ovs is by policing.
Is that correct?
