Are any of you still using Blastwave and/or CSW and if so which one or what?
I really, really, REALLY don't want to understand what the split is

We're also a small shop and big brother free edition is working well
for me, with LARRD for statistics. We're not keeping any complex
metrics, just basic stats. It's working with our Solaris, Linux and
Windows servers, there are a bunch of add-ins at deadcat, and it's
easy to add custom checks. Pl
PS and BB alerts are customizable - by time, host, recipient, etc.

There's a lot of mid-level detail about things like making sure root
doesn't have access, and encryption, and other places where the Devil
is probably lurking deep within the details.,,,
