I have made simple uml diagrams with dia.

I was able to set a default pointsize by double clicking the "T" button.
When I tried this for the "line" button, I see that I can only change
the absolute start/end gap.
I would like to change the line width (from .039 to .02 inches)
and (of lesser importance) size of the start/end arrows to 0.3

I have been unable to rotate objects. Rotation is generally useful.
My specific need was in using the ``Logic'' figures. All the gates
are vertical, but I need horizontal gates. I tried the manual and
looked at every menu that I could find.
With the exception of logic diagrams, dia has now r

A while ago I read in this group how to have dia (which I love and use
regularly, thank you for the development) have one tab per open diagram
and all the tools on the same window. I adopted it on my main machine
and it works great.
I now would like to use that view on another machine.
However, I

Hold down shift when clicking on line (
I use dynamic grid and am quite happy with it except for one problem.
When I zoom from say 200% to 400%, I had expected that the grid would be
exactly twice as fine. So if vertex of the diagram lies on a grid point
at zoom 200% it would still like on a grid point at %400.
But this does not alway
