This is Java API for editing DIA xml-files (not compressed .dia format).

You can create, read, edit and save .dia files from java code with object

Hello! As I can see, there is no public/official documentation. I was in
the same situation, and only reverce-engineering saved me. Look into
project "Dia-XML API" for results of that work -

Dia is the diagram editor, but not a report tool, you are looking for, as I
understood.
Some report features you can find in OpenOffice Calc, but without drilldown.
But you need report system, with, may-be, olap-report mechanics. And, as I
