I'm new to Dia and it looks good at the first glance. But there is one issue
which bothers me.
I have some objects and I want to set them to the same size which is the size
of the biggest object.
At the moment I only able to do this by select object by object and scale them
manually.

Norbert, the best thing of all with Dia, you can make what you want in a
shape. If you want a bounding box around a particular shape you can likely
make it yourself. Once you figure that out, you can probably reproduce it
easily for other shapes.
You can even create your own properties to go wit
Creating your own shapes only takes xml, but creating your own objects with
tailored properties will involve C++ coding, which is very prohibiting.
Is my understanding correct?
