It could also be something with your db. One way to get more info is to
start it from a dos command prompt instead of the .exe file, like this :

Yes, I have reviewed this situation, but we have two data sets that these use
a same Data Element, organization unit and report date.
I will have to solve this.

I think the sendfile feature has to do with whether nginx does asynchronous
i/o using the sendfile() function in linux kernel, so I doubt turning it on
or off is going to help us here.
Agree with Jason that pulling stuff back out of the cache is a hack but
trying hard to think of a workaround.

I solved this problem by removing the folder created by the WAR file
in the server. I stopped the tomcat7 service, delete the folder and
start the service. It solved the problem. But I want to learn the
reason if possible.
So GIS user name is 'gis' and password is 'Gis123456'. The server
