Yes, I have reviewed this situation, but we have two data sets that these use
a same Data Element, organization unit and report date.
I will have to solve this.

Hi Helder, all,
this really depends in the use of those DE existing in two DataSets. If there
is really the same information, but it can be collected in different ways... I
think it should not be duplicated... since avoiding duplication is the main
point of an integrated system.
You have to take care on how users can fill this field in... and make sure you
don´t give them confusing forms (specially for the same org. unit) So, in my
opinion, it really depends on which info are you collecting and why is it in
two forms...

Hi Helder,
1. For the case one data element belongs to 2 data sets.
If these two data sets are assigned for org units to enter data, and period
types of them are similar, such as monthly, then if a user accesses this
orgunit, select one of them to enter data for Jan 2013. After that, another
user accesses the same orgunit, select another data set which has that
dataelement to enter data for Jan 2013. The last user will see the old data
which other users entered and change this value.
For the case these data sets have different period types, then system will
aggregate data wrong for reports include this data element.
So we should put only one data element into one date set for entering data.
2. For the aggregate query builder formulas.
The system hasn't supported yet formulas to get the number of persons who
enrolled into many programs.

I need to create a query that it filter the number patient registered in a
programs(Sivigila) and also this are registered in other program(Referencia de
pacientes).
After I run the Analytics or the manual person aggregation and it doesn't show
nothing.

Dear Helder,
could you please provide us with a bit more information about what does not
work? I assume you refer to the "aggregate" indicators which can be found in
the maintenance -> data dictionary module -> indicators, correct?
It is definitely possible to create indicators with data elements from
different data sets, there are no constraints in that regard.
Did you remember to re-generate analytics tables after data entry, before
trying to generate reports?
