After storing decimal numbers in Event Capture, if you reload the Event
Capture list of Events, the decimal value is lost.
To recreate:
- Create a single event program with a number data element as "display in list".
- Create an event, and save a decimal value in the data ele

at the moment we are working on a new release of the SDK, so we will
unfortunately not release extensive documentation on the current SDK. Can
you please have a look at the dhis2-android-eventcapture project on GitHub
to see how synchronization with the server is done?

that's great you're using the refactoring branch. We're actually just
finishing the project in refactoring and we haven't tested everything yet
so it's hard to say where the error lies. Perhaps during this week we can
revisit the issue.

Yes it's unfortunate, and it is something we're working one because it
seems this is confusing for our users.
You have to assign the user (or user group) to each particular organisation
unit you want to have available in the app, and the same for the programs.

Yes we haven't updated the app to support some things that break in 2.21

yes I've checked this now and it seems the decimal is lost once the app
communicates with the server. From what I see it seems it might be an issue
in the API so we might be able to solve this without upgrading the Android
apps, but only the servers.
