Hi Sergio. Did you also assign the program to your user/user group? Yes we haven't updated the app to support some things that break in 2.21 just yet unfortunately but we will do it quite shortly.
You could also use the app that is on Google Play, but that will be automatically updated to 2.21 so beware.
