Dear Elmarie,
Are the other users assigned to these orgunits supposed to access some
parts of this tracker program?
If yes, then design the program and use user roles to restrict access,
create a user role and assign the program to it and that user role should
be only assigned to the users suppos
Public bug reported:
Filtering on legends on graphs on the dashboard does not update
correctly. It seems to work partially, but in cake the filtered out
number still remains. In stacked/bar some of the information is removed
but not all (seem to clutter at the end). Easy to replicate on
dashboard
I'd really like to see sharing is implemented on program stages. We also
have a similar requirement where user access is needed to be controlled on
program stage basis.

Thanks Prosper and Pamod,
The user would need to see some TEIs on the tracker program but not others.
Sharing of a TEI would really be a useful feature.

Hi all,
I am using below API call to query all the TEIs which are accessible by the

Hi,
So the reason you are getting the 403 error is because you don’t have access to
the namespace according to the system.
The way namespace access is checked is as follows:
1. No app has reserved the namespace: you have access
2. An app has reserved the namespace, and the user has at least one
Hi,
Being able to use any namespace is an intended feature. So initially all
namespaces are accessible, and only restrict access when the namespace have
been reserved by an app. Among other things, one of the motivations for doing
it this way, is to allow multiple apps to share data in a namesp
Hi Everybody,
I'm facing the same issue with 2.23. As Elmarie said, I checked but
everything stand as same as before. I think that it may be a bug. Is there
another way to resolve this?

Hello Everyone,I had reported this a few weeks ago and did not get any response.
We have data entered at OU4 (comprehensive sites), OU5 (satellite sites), and
OU6 (outreach sites).
When we do tables or charts and select the parent OU (OU1), the data displayed
is for OU4 (comprehensive sites) alon
Hi,
Do you have any suggestions for this issue? We're currently blocked and not
able to use the GIS app on this instance.
Thanks,
