First you should use this macro %{qmake_qt5} and remove %{set_build_flags}.
And show your spec or give srpm.

As maintainer you should make your choice between this two variants.
For example: if some program can be compiled with Qt4 or Qt5 and you add
BR: (Qt4 or Qt5) then this program will compiled with old version of Qt.

No one try to install it now. New boost will be in F33 only.
But if boost not installed in system and user want install for example
libreoffice he will get this error and can't install any package
requires boost.
boost169 must be removed from F32 repos at all.

Yes, after system installed on hard drive the same error.
But after upgrading boost* error is gone and packages normal installed.

Bibutils 6.8 change soversion to 6.8.
I am update it for rawhide, F31, F30.
As I see no one package not require it so I will no rebuild anything else.

Can you also unretire and build lv2-mdala-plugins?
It is needed for pulseeffects but lv2-mdala-plugins use python2 in
build script and I do not have knowledge how to rewrite it to python3.
I can only add python2 to BR and correct shebang but it seems wrong
because python2 will be erased soon.

I am plan to retire package kchildlock from Fedora.
It is KDE4 application long time unsupported and FTBFS on rawhide and F30.
If no one need it I will retire package in one week.

You should suggest new package for that.
