I'm updating the matroska stack to the latest upstream versions,
including stable branches as the libraries are security sensitive.
libebml and libmatroska come with soname bumps but no incompatible
API changes. I tested the rebuilds in copr in advance.
I'm rebuilding all dependent package

It has one FTBFS bug in rawhide (related to cmake macro changes)
and two requests to update. One in Fedora to move to the recent 3.x
series and one for EPEL

I've just marked libnemesi and netembryo as retired. There are no dependent
packages. The last release was done in 2008, upstream no longer exists
(domain expired) and the original author confirmed in a private e-mail
that they should be retired.
