Packaging is an important Fedora Contributor activity and so far I
haven't joined that part of the party. Today I have changed that by

How long ago did you add your SSH key to FAS? Is it a new repository?
Historically, and I believe currently, there is a delay before everything is
fully configured. This may be solved by just waiting for about 30 minutes.

As as you have a fork, my understanding is that you should just use
traditional gut command
