maintainer in Fedora: one of the current co-maintainers, one of the
maintainers of the mentioned dependent packages, or some other Fedora
packager who has an interest in them.

Luis Enrique has not responded to the request of updating
transifex-client[2]. The package doesn't work anymore and a new Go
based one is required.

Out of the blue rawhide scratch builds [1]
are now failing and f41 builds [2] are failing
but f40 builds [3] are succeeding and they
are all the same code!
