Fedora 32 strange vim behavior?

After updating to Fedora 32 I noticed that sometimes, especially when I'm updating comments in a file, that the whole line jumps back to column1. Anyone else seeing this behavior? Also, it tries to indent for me in some code type files but it's using tabs instead of spaces and 8 spaces instead of
