So I was playing around with preupgrade-cli to move from F13 to F14...
It has downloaded everything however I was concerned with this...
Saving Primary metadata
Saving file lists metadata
Saving other metadata
Generating sqlite DBs
Sqlite DBs complete
Preparing system to boot into installer
I use it as well. It's extremely useful.
