I think some packagers don't follow Fedora too often, so for a while
we can't avoid this issue. But fedpkg should have a RFE:
1. fedpkg checks if the branch is able to receive commits as normal,
then return status of the branch.

the distro-sync I noticed that several packages in rawhide are older then
in F-20.
Although there will be some exceptions I believe that for most of them this
is caused by some packages still not having a proper workf
