there has been a lot of work over the past decade to get better support for
Hybrid Laptops, Laptops that ship with an integrated GPU that is used by
default and a more powerful dedicated GPU that is used on-demand
some of this work includes:
- switcheroo-control to query GPU information[1]

It's been like this since I've upgraded F42 to F43 Rawhide. On a freshly
booted system, packagekitd keeps running and working on something
without stopping. What's going on?
Is it like that for anyone else?

Yes that's right! For unknown reasons, ~/.ssh/config showed
"IdentityFile ~/.ssh/id_rsa.pub"
Everything worked after changing id_rsa.pub to id.rsa
