Figuring out whether a given package is a leaf for i386 is a pain in
the neck when done manually. How about we have a computer figure it
out for us?
Those of you who run regular reports, what would it take to run a
report every week or two that lists every package X such that:

As per [0], I (FAS: sham1) am planning to unretire and claim the X11
screensaver utility `xss-lock`.
Having been retired for more than 8 weeks on its rawhide branch, due to
having been orphaned, means that a new package review is needed for the
package, which can be found at [1].
