Unretire lua-coxpcall

Hi Would like to unretire lua-coxpcall: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/lua-coxpcall It is a dependency of https://github.com/lunarmodules/copas which is a dependency of https://github.com/lunarmodules/busted which is needed for testing other lua packages. Regards, Benson _
