libQGLViewer update

Hi, I plan on updating libQGLViewer to the latest upstream version (2.6.4) in rawhide. This release includes a library rename from libQGLViewer.so to libQGLViewer-qt4.so (there's also a -qt5 library.) skyviewer and octomap depend on it, I'll take care of rebuilding those packages as well. Rich
