I think the best place for tutorial assistance for the workbench might be a tab
next to Categorize Edit Mail.
I'm happy to write the text but need some help setting up the buttons and
opening the viewing area. I'd expect some details for filing ICLAs, CCLAs, and
SGAs.

should be simply the xxx because there are multiple ICLAs filed.
I haven't checked to see if this is a widespread issue.
