Yes, I did change proxy.config.url_remap.remap_required to '0' and now it
works through VisualWget.

have you change proxy.config.url_remap.remap_required to '0'? the
default is '1' for reverse proxy.

I am testing it as a web proxy. Forwarding few http request via my ATS. I
have not changed much of the defaults in records.config file & other .config
files except a few
