Nice work Sijie on getting this in! There are still few tasks that were targeted for 2.3 and were waiting for BK 4.9, namely: * Enable configuring "sticky-reads" * Enable configurable allocator * Upgrade Netty and break from "all" to individual deps * Update bookie memory defaults to adjust to
