Hi Yuva, Thank you for volunteering for it. Unfortunately currently only committers are able to do a release, as it requires write permissions to pulsar git repo. I would encourage you trying to contributing more to pulsar, as things go, we can promote you as pulsar committer and then you can help with pulsar releases. Hope that makes sense.
