[Discuss] Pulsar 2.5.2 release

Hi everyone, There are a few bug fixes and enhancement after release 2.5.1 (currently the number is ~40). https://github.com/apache/pulsar/pulls?q=is%3Apr+label%3Arelease%2F2.5.2+ And some of them are important to users. I would like to discuss the starting of release 2.5.2. Best Regards. -Jia
