The driver wasn't handling SDMA Boundary Pause interrupts, so I had
to add handling code for it.

I finally got the new sama5 sam_sdmmc.c driver to compile. I haven't tested
it yet, so I don't know if it actually works... I pushed the code to the
branch, I am attaching the config I used.
