Prevent fingerprints loss in know_hosts
Currently, when adding new fingerprints the whole know_hosts file is
rewritten from the loaded fingerprints.

My 2-cents on the word "Archived" is that it's a synonym for
Backup/Storage, which I don't think is what this process is about.

In my work life use of RTC Backlog means "needs to be investigated by a
developer". I think Cancelled as Incomplete might be a closer RTC match to the
meaning we are looking for here.

Just implement it as "return true;" and no content will be generated by m-
site-p/Doxia: it is expected that the tool will generated the page
you can have a look at m-javadoc-p, that's exactly what is done here
