Update to the system test investigation: 1. kafkatest.tests.core.upgrade_test failed at lz4 and snappy tests: KAFKA-16962 --> This test tested the upgrade from version [0.9 ~ 3.6] to v3.7, and only v0.9 failed, others all passed. Given v0.9 versi
