I'm fine with the proposed plan to move forward with HttpClient 5.3
development and release HttpClient 5.3 alpha1 based on HttpCore 5.2. Skipping
one release cycle for HttpCore should not cause any issues, and it will help us
expedite the development process.

Oleg,
I will prioritize this work and aim to have the improved tests ready for review
as soon as possible. It is indeed important that we have reliable and efficient
tests for the upcoming 5.3 alpha1 release. You will receive an update from me
by tomorrow at the latest. I’m currently working on
and consistent, which should help us
moving forward.
I've submitted these changes in a new pull request and I look forward to your
feedback.

That's a fair point. For the sake of clarity, does this mean that all new
features or developments over the cache module should conform with RFC 9111

Let's ensure that we're all on the same page to maintain consistency across the
project.

Hi all,
I’m exploring adding optional OpenTelemetry & Micrometer support to
HttpClient
It’ll be fully configurable via the user’s ObservationRegistry and OTel
settings.
Details are TBD, but the goal is zero-boilerplate tracing & metrics.
Would love quick feedback on module placement and overall ap
